Ingredients:

  • Oil or olive oil—–1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds —-1 tablespoon
  • Chopped carrot —-1 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion—–1 tablespoon
  • Chili ginger paste —1 teaspoon
  • Chopped capsicum —1 teaspoon
  • Small paneer pieces —1 teaspoon
  • Green chili sauce —1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted pea nuts —1 teaspoon
  • Roasted almond pieces—-1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped cashew nuts—1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped spinach —–1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice —–1 tablespoon
  • Boiled broken wheat (daliya) or cuscus
  • Coriander leaves —2 teaspoon
  • Fried or roasted noodles —–3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Serves: 2
Time: 10 min

Recipe:

  • Heat oil in pan & add cumin seeds add onion and saute onion till transparent .
  • Add chili ginger paste and capsicum stir well.
  • Add spinach , carrot, peanuts, almond pieces, cashew nuts, paneer pieces and chili sauce.
  • Add boiled broken wheat and lemon juice .
  • Mix all properly, add salt and stir. Add fried noodles while serving and garnish with coriander leaves .
