Open Vegetable Toast

Ingredients:
- Grated Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup
- Grated Cooking cheese – 1/4 cup
- Three colour capsicums – 2 tablespoon
- Chopped and deseeded tomatoes – 1 tablespoon
- Jalapeno – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped olive – 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped onion – 1 tablespoon
- Oregano -1/2 teaspoon
- Chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter – 4 teaspoon
- Brown bread – 8 slices
Serves- 2
Time – 10 min
Recipe:
- Mix all ingredients in bowl. Apply butter on bread slices and put the mix on it.
- Arrange all slices in nonstick pan.
- Cover with lid and cook on slow flame till cheese melts.
- You can bake it in oven too.
- Garnish with drop of tomato ketchup and basil leaves. Serve hot.
