Red Capsicum Soup (Italian)

Ingredients:
- Red capsicum—-1 big
- Tomato——1 medium
- Chopped onion—-2 teaspoon
- Chopped garlic—-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder—-pinch
- Oregano—-1/4 teaspoon
- Grated cheese—–1 teaspoon
- Olive oil—–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley for garnishing —1/4 teaspoon
Serves: 2 to 3
Cooking Time: 10 min
Recipe:
- Saute garlic in olive oil till it turns brown. Add onion and cook for 2 min.
- Add capsicum, tomato and salt. Saute for few min and add 2 cup of water and boil for 5 min.
- Then crush in food processor and strain.Then boil for two min .
- Add oregano and pepper. Garnish with cheese and parsley.
