Broken Wheat & Carrot Firani (Sweet)

Ingredients:
- Grated carrot—11/2 cup
- Milk —500 ml
- Condensed milk—-1/4 cup
- Boiled broken wheat—-1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder–pinch
- Crushed dry fruits—–3 tablespoon
- Chopped pistachios——1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped almond —1/4 teaspoon
- Raisins—-7-8 pieces
Serves: 6
Cooking Time : 20 min
Recipe:
- Saute carrot in pan for five min. Add milk and after two boil add broken wheat.
- Stir continuously, add condensed milk and dry fruits. Cook till mixture is semi thick.
- Remove from heat and add cardamom powder. Let it cool for five min.
- Keep it in refrigerator for half an hour and garnish with sliced almonds, pistachios and raisins.
Note —-You can also serve it hot .
