Ragi & Bajra Nankhatai (Cookies)

Ingredients:
- Bajra flour —-2 cup
- Ragi flour —-2 cup
- Powdered sugar —-1/2 cup
- Margarine —1 cup
- Soda bi carbonate—-1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder —-1 teaspoon
- Yogurt —–2 teaspoon
Serves: 15 cookies
Preparation time : 20 min
Baking time : 25 to 30 min
Recipe:
- Beat 1/2 cup margarine and 1/4 cup sugar till it is light and fluffy. Mix 1/2 teaspoon soda bi carbonate and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder with ragi flour.
- Add this mixture in sugar mixture and add 1 teaspoon yogurt. Make smooth dough and make small balls from it.
- Beat 1/2 cup margarine and 1/4 cup of sugar till it fluffy.1/2 teaspoon soda bi carbonate and 1/2 teaspoon baking mix with bajra flour properly .
- Add this mixture in sugar.add 1 teaspoon yoghurt and make smooth dough. You can add 1 teaspoon milk if required for smooth dough. Make small balls from it.
- Place ragi balls on bajra balls and press lightly and make proper round shape. Preheat oven to 150 degree for 5 min.
- Arrange all ball in oven tray with little distance apart and bake for 25 to 30 min.
Note : Check after 20 min.
