Dabeli Kathi Roll

Ingredients: (Serves – 4, Cooking Time – 15 minutes)
- Chapati (roti/indian bread)–4
- Butter–4 teaspoon
- Chopped onion–2 tablespoon
- Boiled and mashed potato—2 cup
- Masala peanut or fried peanut —3 tablespoon
- Dates and tamarind chutney—1 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic chutney–1 tablespoon
- Dabeli masala—2 1/2 tablespoon
- Grated cheese–3 tablespoon
- Dry mango powder ( amchur)—1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves—3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Ingredient for dabeli masala:
- Grated jaggery—3 tablespoon
- Garam masala–1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Dry coriander powder–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder -1/2 tea spoon
Preparation of Dabeli masala:
- Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil, add jaggery, salt and all ingredients .
- Stir properly and remove from heat.
Preparation for Kathi roll:
- Heat one teaspoon butter in pan. Add potato, garlic chutney, dabeli masala, salt and peanuts.
- Mix it well, add dates chutney and remove from heat.
- Apply butter on chapati then spread above mixture evenly.
- Add onion and pomegranate pearls. Sprinkle grated cheese on it and coriander leaves and fold .
- Apply little butter on outer side and roast for 1 min. Wrap it in paper napkin and serve.
