Flaten Rice(Poha) Pattice

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 20 minutes, Serves: 8 pieces)
- Flatten rice (poha)—-250 gm
- Roasted peanuts—4 tablespoon
- Chili paste —1 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ginger paste –1 teaspoon
- Sugar –1 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil for fry
- Garam masala—1 teaspoon
- Besan—2 tablespoon
- Cashew nuts and resins—-1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves—–1/4 cup
Recipe:
- Wash poha (flattened rice) with water and leave it for five min.
- Add all the above ingredients and mix well.
- Make medium size balls and deep fry on medium heat till brown.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and chutney.
