Andhra Puri

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 20 minutes, Serves – 15 pieces)
- Chana dal—2 tablespoon
- Rice flour—-2 cup
- Roasted and crushed peanuts—3 tablespoon
- Roasted and crushed sesame seed—–2 tablespoon
- Red chili powder —2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder —1/2 teaspoon
- Oil–For Frying
Recipe:
- Soak chana dal in water for 1/2 an hour and dry it.
- Mix all ingredient in rice flour then add chana dal and make dough with water.
- Dough should not be too hard .
- Roll puri on plastic sheet and prick them with fork and fry on slow flame till light brown.
