Andhra Puri

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 20 minutes, Serves – 15 pieces)

  • Chana dal—2 tablespoon
  • Rice flour—-2 cup
  • Roasted and crushed peanuts—3 tablespoon
  • Roasted and crushed sesame seed—–2 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder —2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder —1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil–For Frying

Recipe:

  • Soak chana dal in water for 1/2 an hour and dry it.
  • Mix all ingredient in rice flour then add chana dal and make dough with water.
  • Dough should not be too hard .
  • Roll puri on plastic sheet and prick them with fork and fry on slow flame till light brown.
