Potato Bhajjies

Ingredients:
- Potatoes–2 medium size
- Besan–2 cup
- Rice flour –2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chili powder–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder—1/4 teaspoon
- Oil for frying
- Tomato ketchup–2 teaspoon
- Green chutney—2 teaspoon
Recipe:
- Mix both chutney and tomato ketchup well.
- Take besan and rice flour in bowl , add water and make medium thick batter( pouring water continuously).
- Take potato slice and apply chutney-ketchup mix on it and cover with other slice then dip in batter and fry till brown.
- Serve with chutney/ketchup.
