Potato Bhajjies

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes–2 medium size
  • Besan–2 cup
  • Rice flour –2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili powder–1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder—1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil for frying
  • Tomato ketchup–2 teaspoon
  • Green chutney—2 teaspoon

Recipe:

  • Mix both chutney and tomato ketchup well.
  • Take besan and rice flour in bowl , add water and make medium thick batter( pouring water continuously).
  • Take potato slice and apply chutney-ketchup mix on it and cover with other slice then dip in batter and fry till brown.
  • Serve with chutney/ketchup.
