Crunchy Paneer Toast (Desert)

Ingredients:

  • Bread Slices–6 pcs
  • Paneer(Cottage cheese)–150 grams
  • Vanilla essence–3-4 drops
  • Cardamom powder—1/4 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk—-1/4 cup
  • Milk powder—2 teaspoon
  • Butter—–3-4 tablespoon

Recipe:

  • Saute paneer in a pan for 5 seconds. Remove from heat and add all ingredients except bread and butter.
  • Mix well. Apply butter on both sides of the bread slices. Spread the paneer stuffing evenly on it and cover with another slice.
  • Toast the sandwich. Pour chocolate sauce on it and cut in shapes of your choice and garnish with chocolate chips and silver balls.
