Paneer Coconut Roll

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 15 minutes, Serves – 8 to 10)

  • Grated paneer–250 gm
  • Fresh grated coconut–50 gm
  • Grated dry coconut–1/2 cup
  • Mix dry fruit powder –2 tablespoon
  • Ground sugar–1/4 cup (depend on your choice)
  • Vanilla extract –2 to 3 drops
  • Cardamom powder — 1 pinch

Preparation:

  • Roast grated paneer for 2 min. Add freshly grated coconut ,dry fruits powder.
  • Remove from heat add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix it properly.
  • Add cardamom powder and make round ball.
  • Decorate with silver sheet(Varakh) and pistachio.
