Makaiki Roti

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 20 minutes, Serves: 4)
- Yellow corn flour 3 cups
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oregano seed 1/2 teaspoon.
Recipe:
- Make dough with lukewarm water, salt and oregano seeds and rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll medium thick roti and roast it on hot tava(pan).
- Put little ghee and roast both sides.
- Apply butter and serve.
