Makaiki Roti

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 20 minutes, Serves: 4)

  • Yellow corn flour 3 cups
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano seed 1/2 teaspoon.

Recipe:

  • Make dough with lukewarm water, salt and oregano seeds and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Roll medium thick roti and roast it on hot tava(pan).
  • Put little ghee and roast both sides.
  • Apply butter and serve.
