Talumein (Chinese Soup)

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 10 min, Serves – 4)
- Mushroom–4
- Broccoli-chopped 4 big pieces
- Spring onion chopped with leaves-1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste-1-tablespoon
- French beans chopped -1 spoon
- Boiled corn- 1 spoon
- Noodles boiled 1/4 cup
- Carrot chopped -1 spoon
- Vinegar-1 teaspoon
- Seasoning cube-1
- Cornflour-11/2 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter or olive oil-1 teaspoon
- Soya sauce -1/2 teaspoon
- Chilly sauce -1/2 teaspoon
Recipe:
- Heat pan add butter and saute ginger garlic paste and french beans on slow flame.
- Add corn and carrot, broccoli, spring onion, mushroom. Add 21/2 cup water then add noodles.
- Dissolve cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add above mixture.
- Add seasoning cube and pinch of salt. Remove from heat add vinegar, soya sauce, chilly sauce.
- Garnish with red capsicum ring and chopped spring onion leaves and serve.
