Spinach Pasta

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 20 min, Serves – 4)

  • 500 gms bow tie pasta
  • 2 table spoon olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 table spoon chopped garlic
  • 250 gms fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • pinch of nutmeg powder
  • lemon juice
  • salt to test
  • 3 spoon roasted walnuts
  • 150 gram sour cream

Recipe:

  • Take more water in a pan. Add 1 tea spoon oil and half tea spoon salt in it.
  • When water boils add pasta. Let it boil for ten minutes. Do not over cook and remove it from water.
  • Add in cold water. Heat the oil in heavy bottomed pan and saute onion and garlic until both are glossy.
  • Add spinach and saute until spinach is properly cooked.
  • Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg powder, roasted walnut .
  • Remove from heat and add sour cream then add pasta and mix it well. Garnish with chilly flakes and oregano.
  • Serve immediately.
