Quinoa Kebabs

Ingredients: (Portion: 10pcs, Cooking Time: 30 minutes)
- 1/4 boiled quinoa
- 2 medium size boiled & mashed potatoes.
- 1/4 cup oats.
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
- 2 tea spoon chilly ginger paste.
- 1/2 tea spoon garlic paste.
- 2 table spoon boiled mashed peas.
- 2 table spoon chopped spring onion.
- 2 table spoon-coriander leaves.
- 2 table spoon bread crumbs for coating.
Recipe:
- Cook quinoa till it becomes transparent. Cool it for five min.
- Add all ingredients and mix well. Add bread crumbs and make round shape kebabs or any shape and deep fry or put less oil and shallow fry or bake in oven applying oil with brush for 10 minutes till brown.
- Serve with salad and cheese mayonnaise deep.
- Important—quinoa are good to control cholesterol.
