Thai Pappaya Salad

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 15 minutes, Serves – 4 to 5)
- Medium size grated raw papaya — 1
- Vinegar — 1 tea spoon
- Chilly powder — 1/2 spoon
- Tomato ketchup — 11/2 tea spoon
- Crushed roasted pea nuts / Cashew nuts — 2 tea spoon
- Garlic paste — 1 tea spoon
- Oregano — 1/2 tea spoon
- Chilly flakes — 1/4 tea spoon
- Red chilly paste — 1 tea spoon
- Chopped spring onions — 2 tea spoon
- lemon juice — 1/4 tea spoon
- Capsicum chopped — 1 tea spoon
- Olive oil — 1/2 spoon.
Recipe:
- Take one medium size papaya and grate it.
- Add little salt keep it for one min and press it to remove water.
- Keep little moisture in it.
- In a big bowl add all ingredients with grated papaya and stir it well.
- Garnish with roasted salty pea nuts /cashew nuts and parsley or coriander leaves.
- Ready to eat.
