Papaya Halwa

Ingredients :
- Papaya puree : 1 cup
- Ghee : 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Sugar : 2 tablespoons
- Milk : 1 cup
- Khoya (mava) or milk powder : 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- Roughly crushed dry fruits powder : 2 teaspoons
- Chopped pistachios and almonds for garnishing : 1 teaspoon
Serves : 2
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 8 to 10 minutes
Preparation:
- Grate papaya and prepare papaya puree.
- Heat ghee(clarified butter) in a pan, add papaya puree and stir.
- Cook this mixture for 2 minutes, add milk and stir continuously.
- When the mixture thickens, add grated khoya or milk powder.
- Cook until mixture leaves the pan border and add sugar.
- Once sugar completely dissolves, thickens add cardamom, dry fruit powder and mix properly.
- Turn off the heat.
- Garnish with chopped almonds & pistachio.
