Mango Pearls

Ingredients:
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Soaked sago seeds: 1/2 cup
- Mango pulp: 1/4 cup
- Chopped mango : 1/2 cup
- Milk powder: 2 teaspoons
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Roughly crushed biscuits: 1/2 cup
- Chopped nuts : 3 tablespoons (almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts)
- Extra chopped mango for serving: 1/4 cup
- Vanila essence: 3 drops
- Chopped pistachios for garnishing: 1 tablespoon
Serves: 1 big serving
Time: 15 minutes
Preparation:
- Soak sago seeds for 2 hours in water(The quantity of water should be less).
- Add sago, milk and sugar in a bowl. Cook for 5 minutes till semi thick.
- Let it cool then add mango pulp in it and stir properly and keep aside(1).
- Mix chopped mango and milk powder in pan and cook till mixture is little thick.
- Remove from heat then add vanila essence.(2)
- Take serving glass and add mango pieces then add biscuit crumbs, add 2 tablespoon of sago mixture(1) and sprinkle dry fruits, thick mango mixture(2) and again pour sago mixture.
- Add mango mixture and repeat layers similarly.
- Garnish with chopped mango pieces and pistachios.
Note: This recipe can be made without biscuit crumbs.
