Laddoo

Ingredients:
- Wheat atta (thick laddoo atta)
- 1/2 bowl ghee
- 1/2 bowl ground sugar
- Almonds/Cashew
Recipe:
- Heat the ghee in a pan and mix the wheat atta. Stir continuously
- Turn off the gas when the ghee starts separating from the atta and becomes brown
- Add ground sugar when it cools down
- Mix well and make laddoos
- Top them with an almond or cashew
