Laddoo

Ingredients:

  • Wheat atta (thick laddoo atta)
  • 1/2 bowl ghee
  • 1/2 bowl ground sugar
  • Almonds/Cashew

Recipe:

  • Heat the ghee in a pan and mix the wheat atta. Stir continuously
  • Turn off the gas when the ghee starts separating from the atta and becomes brown
  • Add ground sugar when it cools down
  • Mix well and make laddoos
  • Top them with an almond or cashew
