Ragi Laddu (Sweet)

Ingredients:
- Ragi flour: 1 cup
- Ghee: 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar: 1/4 cup (choice)
- Roughly crushed almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts: 3 tablespoons
- Raisins: 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped pistachios for garnishing: 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Milk powder: 1 teaspoon
Serves: 8 to 10 ladoos
Time: 20 minutes
Preparation:
- Heat ghee in pan, add flour and roast on slow flame.
- Stir continuously for 15 minutes. When ghee(clarified butter) releases from mixture and nice aroma emanates from flour, add dry fruits and raisins and cook for 2 minutes and turn off heat.
- Let the mixture cool down. Once the mixture is lukewarm add sugar powder and milk powder and mix properly.
- Make round balls and rub in chopped pistachios. If you like decimated coconut then rub laddu in grated coconut.
