Guacomole with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:
- Avocado:2 big pieces
- Chopped white onion: 3 tablespoons
- Chopped coriander leaves: 3 tablespoons
- Jalapeno: 1 tablespoon
- Chopped tomato: 2 tablespoons
- Black olive(Chopped): 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- White Flour
- Oil
- Pepper
- Chili Flakes
Serves: 1 bowl
Time: 10 minutes
Preparation for Guacamole:
- Grind 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, jalapeno and salt together in grinder till fine paste.
- Take two ripe avocados and remove skin and collect pulp in bowl.
- Add above paste in it and mix properly. Add chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves and finely chopped onions.
- Mix together all the ingredients and add salt if necessary. Garnish with coriander leaves and jalapenos.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Tortilla chips:
- Take white flour add chili flakes, salt, pepper powder, oil, red chili powder(optional), water and make soft dough.
- Roll thin discs and roast. Cut discs in triangle shape and fry till crispy brown or bake in oven.
- Serve chips with guacomole.
