Guacomole with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

  • Avocado:2 big pieces
  • Chopped white onion: 3 tablespoons
  • Chopped coriander leaves: 3 tablespoons
  • Jalapeno: 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped tomato: 2 tablespoons
  • Black olive(Chopped): 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • White Flour
  • Oil
  • Pepper
  • Chili Flakes

Serves: 1 bowl
Time: 10 minutes

Preparation for Guacamole:

  • Grind 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, jalapeno and salt together in grinder till fine paste.
  • Take two ripe avocados and remove skin and collect pulp in bowl.
  • Add above paste in it and mix properly. Add chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves and finely chopped onions.
  • Mix together all the ingredients and add salt if necessary. Garnish with coriander leaves and jalapenos.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

Tortilla chips:

  • Take white flour add chili flakes, salt, pepper powder, oil, red chili powder(optional), water and make soft dough.
  • Roll thin discs and roast. Cut discs in triangle shape and fry till crispy brown or bake in oven.
  • Serve chips with guacomole.
