Lapasi (Kansar)

Ingredients:
- Half bowl coarse Rava
- Half bowl cut Jaggery
- 2 tsp ghee
- Ground sugar to taste
- Almonds/Cashew to garnish
Recipe:
- Add cut jaggery in one bowl of water and put for two minute in the oven. Check that jaggery is completely dissolved in water
- Add ghee to the rava and mix thoroughly with hand
- Add jaggery water to the mixture and mix properly
- Put in the oven for 2-3 minutes but in between open and stir properly
- Put again for 2 minutes and check that it is dry
- Switch off and let it stand in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Add ground sugar and mix properly
- Add cashew/almonds for garnishing
