Rava Dhokla

Ingredients for paste:

  • 1 bowl suji
  • 3/4 bowl curd
  • Chilli paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil

Other ingredients:

  • Red Chilli or Black pepper
  • 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate

Recipe:

  • Mix all the ingredients for paste while slowly adding water so that the batter is of dropping consistency
  • Rest for five minutes
  • Add soda bicarbonate
  • Mix thoroughly and put in microwave bowl
  • Sprinkle red chilli or black pepper
  • Keep in the microwave for 6 minutes
  • Check after two minutes by piercing a knife to see if it is ok
  • After four minutes try with knife again and if nothing sticks to knife it is ready to eat else keep for one or two minutes more
