Bread Pakoda

Ingredients:
- 7-8 Slices of bread
- 1 tsp Curd
- Ginger paste
- Green Chilli Paste
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 tsp Suji (Rava)
- Oil for frying
- Chat masala
Recipe:
- Crush the slices of bread
- Add the curd, ginger paste, green chilly paste, bay leaves
- Add salt to taste and suji
- Mix all while adding water slowly
- Make medium hard dough so that one can roll small balls. Flatten the balls and make a hole in middle like mendu vada.
- If you want, you can add vegetables to the dough.
- Prepare all the vadas and fry them
- Sprinkle chat masala on them
Enjoy with chutney or ketchup!
