韭菜煎饺

原料
- 真味饺子皮一包
- 韭菜一捆约30根
- 4个鸡蛋
配料
- 香油
- 菜油
- 盐
- 黑胡椒
- 辣椒酱
做法
- 洗净韭菜,切成细丁,放入盆中,加入香油,盐和少许胡椒
- 鸡蛋打入碗,加入少许胡椒,打到略有泡即可
- 锅上入油,油的分量以盖过锅底之后还有浅浅一层为好,大火热油,待火到5成热的时候,入鸡蛋,鸡蛋先让它凝固一下,然后快速翻炒,不需要把鸡蛋炒干,然后加入韭菜料中
- 将韭菜和鸡蛋搅拌均匀,最后加入盐,再次搅拌
- 将饺子皮放在半湿的餐纸里,放入微波炉里加热15秒
- 包饺子
- 热火烧锅,放入油,不要过多,待油到8成熟的时候,把饺子放入锅中,一面朝油,调中火,当一面煎脆之后,反面。当两面都脆后,加入少许水,待水收干后,即可起锅,并佐以辣椒酱吃
