Soya Veg & Dal(Lentil) Roti

Ingredients:
- Soya chunk—–200 gm
- Tomato puree—–6 big tomatoes puree
- Garlic paste—2 tablespoon
- Chili paste—-11/2 teaspoon
- Ginger paste —2 teaspoon
- Garam masala—2 tablespoon
- Boiled peas—3 tablespoon
- Red chili powder—11/2 teaspoon
- Oil—-2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Water 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder—-1/4 teaspoon
- Dry coriander powder—–11/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves—-2 teaspoon
Serves—4 to 6
Time —25 min
Recipe:
- Wash soya chunk properly and boil for 10 min.
- Remove water and let it dry. Saute onion in 2 tablespoon oil till brown and add ginger paste, chili paste and tomato puree.
- Stir well, add garam masala, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and 2 cup of water.
- Keep this mixture in pressure cooker and after two whistle remove from stove. Let it cool.
- Transfer this mixture in pan and cook. Add green peas and cook for 5 min. If mixture is thick, add 1/4 cup water. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ingredients for Lentil roti:
- Boiled tur dal—1/4 cup
- Boiled moong dal —-2 tablespoon (optional)
- Salt
- Red chili powder -1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder—pinch
- Ghee –1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard seed–1/2 teaspoon
- Wheat flour 2 cup
- Butter–2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves—2 teaspoon
Recipe:
Prepare mustard seeds and cumin seed tadka in ghee and add tadka in dal.
Add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves.
Add dal in wheat flour slowly and make soft roti dough. Roll roti and roast with applying little butter and serve with soya subji.
Note —- you can use leftover dal for making roti also.
