Mix Vegetables Paratha

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour 2 1/2cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 table spoon
  • water
  • two medium boiled and smashed potatoes
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp chilly ginger paste,kitchen king masala one tea spoon
  • one small grated onion
  • cumin seed one tea spoon
  • two cup grated mix vegetables ( carrot, green onion leaves, boiled and smashed green peas, cabbage, chopped palak and coriander leaves )
  • butter as per required
Recipe:
  • Take oil in pan ,  add cumin seeds and stir slowly.
  • When it crackles add onions. Cook till it turns brown.
  • Add garlic & saute for 10 seconds. Add chilly ginger paste and little salt .
  • Now add all vegetables.Cook  well and add smashed potatoes.
  • Mix it well adding kitchenking masala.
  • Take wheat flour add oil and salt.
  • Add water slowly and make soft dough little harder than roti dough.
  • Make six parts and roll paratha. Put stuffing in paratha and fold again and roll it again. Roast till little brown with little oil.
  • Serve with curd and chutney/pickle.
