Mithi (Sweet) Roti

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour —-2 cup
- Sugar –1 cup
- Sesame seeds —1 tablespoon
- Water —-1/ 4 cup
- Ghee —3 tablespoon
- Cardamom powder ——-1/4 teaspoon
- Ghee for roasting —-1 teaspoon
- Oregano seeds pinch —(optional)
Serves : 2 pieces
Time: 25 min
Recipe:
- Boil sugar in water till it completely melts. Let it cool.
- Add melted ghee in wheat flour and mix it properly.
- Add cardamom powder oregano seeds and sesame seeds.
- Add sugar syrup in flour and make hard dough. Then divide in two parts and roll thick rounds.
- Roast it on slow flame on both side. Put 1/2 teaspoon ghee on it and roast till both sides are little brown.
