Methi(Fenugreek) Poori

Ingredient:

  • wheat flour
  • bajara flour l/2 cup
  • methi leaves 1 cup
  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • chilly powder tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • sesame seed 2 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp
Recipe:
  • Mix both flours and add oil.mix well.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Add methi leaves and other leaves.
  • Add water slowly make hard dough. Divide in 20 parts.
  • Roll small poories in round shape.
  • Prick all with fork.
  • Then take sufficient quantity of oil in a pan and fry all poories on medium heat.
  • These can be air fried or roasted in oven also.
  • Let it cool down completely before storing. This can be stored for 25-30 days
