Mithi (Sweet) Roti

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour —-2 cup
  • Sugar –1 cup
  • Sesame seeds —1 tablespoon
  • Water —-1/ 4 cup
  • Ghee —3 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder ——-1/4 teaspoon
  • Ghee for roasting —-1 teaspoon
  • Oregano seeds pinch —(optional)

Serves : 2 pieces
Time: 25 min

Recipe:

  • Boil sugar in water till it completely melts. Let it cool.
  • Add melted ghee in wheat flour and mix it properly.
  • Add cardamom powder oregano seeds and sesame seeds.
  • Add sugar syrup in flour and make hard dough. Then divide in two parts and roll thick rounds.
  • Roast it on slow flame on both side. Put 1/2 teaspoon ghee on it and roast till both sides are little brown.
