Almond Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Finely Crushed Almond—1 cup
  • Milk—1 1/2 cup
  • Sugar—-4 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder—1 teaspoon
  • Saffron diluted in milk—11/2 teaspoon
  • Grated pistachio—2 tablespoon

Serve—2
Time–15 min

Recipe:

  • Add almond powder in milk. Boil it.
  • Add saffron milk stirring continuously.
  • When milk quantity is almost half add cardamom powder.
  • When it becomes thick remove from heat and add chopped pistachio.
  • Let it cool for five minutes. Refrigerate it.
  • You can eat hot or cold. It is very healthy sweet.
