Almond Halwa

Ingredients:
- Finely Crushed Almond—1 cup
- Milk—1 1/2 cup
- Sugar—-4 tablespoon
- Cardamom powder—1 teaspoon
- Saffron diluted in milk—11/2 teaspoon
- Grated pistachio—2 tablespoon
Serve—2
Time–15 min
Recipe:
- Add almond powder in milk. Boil it.
- Add saffron milk stirring continuously.
- When milk quantity is almost half add cardamom powder.
- When it becomes thick remove from heat and add chopped pistachio.
- Let it cool for five minutes. Refrigerate it.
- You can eat hot or cold. It is very healthy sweet.
