Paneer Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Grated paneer –200 gm
  • Wheat flour—2 1/2 cup
  • Refined wheat flour(Maida)
  • Salt to taste.
  • Grated onion–2 tablespoon
  • Chili ginger paste–1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste—1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil–1 teaspoon
  • Ghee or oil for roasting—3 to 4 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves –3 tablespoon
  • Mint leaves–1 teaspoon
Recipe:
  • Take oil in heating pan saute onion and garlic for 2 min.
  • Add chili ginger paste, garam masala and paneer. Remove from heat and add coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  • Mix both flours well and add salt , oil and water. Make soft dough. Roll medium thick chapati, put stuffing and fold .
  • Again roll it and roast with oil/ghee and serve with tomato ketchup/green chutney.
