Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: (Cooking time: 10 minutes, Setting time: 15 minutes)
- 11/2 cup water
- 1/4 spoon gelatin
- Sugar 11/2 spoon
- Milk 1 cup
- Cocoa powder 2 tea spoon
- Cornflour 11/2 tea spoon
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate grated for garnish
- Chocolate vermicelli
- Fresh berries
Recipe:
- Add gelatin in water heat it for one minute stirring well and let it cool.
- To prepare custard:
- Mix sugar,cocoa powder, milk and corn flour and heat it.
- When it becomes semi thick remove from heat.
- Add vanilla extract and gelatin mix.
- Stir well and add icing sugar, fresh cream and grated chocolate and let it set at room temperature.when it is cool put in a fridge for five minutes and garnish it with grated chocolate, vermicelli and berries before serving.
